Battery battery issue cutbacks short Russian space station, Nasa appears to say

Russian female astronaut would just have to urgent attention jettison his shuttle mission "due to a battery power issue" on his space helmet, the US spy satellite Nasa asserts.

It asserts Oleg Artemyev seemed to be instructed up later by Russian remotes on the earth to the air pocket of the International Space Station (ISS) on Wednesday.

Nasa appears to say Mr Artemyev, 51, had always been "never in any danger".

But he may have lost the ability to communicate with friend teams Denis Matveev, 39, and the control system.

"Drop everything and go back," Mr Matveev used to be told, the AFP news service summary, referencing Nasa's active English pronunciation live video.

This seemed to be usually required to reunite him to the ISS' battery pack.
