Fukushima area climbs eviction order, permitting older residents to restore 11 years after nuclear meltdown

Tokyo (CNN) More than a couple of years after Japan's deadliest nuclear incident, the municipality that wants to host the differently abled Fukushima Daiichi power plant finally cleared its exclusion zone on Tuesday, permitting displaced families to come back alive.
