Russia has so far been able to purchase military weapons from North Korea as restrictions grip Moscow's needed to support its national guard, the US asserts.

A US officer demonstrated Moscow is the experience of buying gazillions of missiles and mortar rounds from Pyongyang and used in Ukraine.
