Russia strikes weir in fundamental Ukraine, in new attack on critical infrastructure

( CNN) Ukraine has said Russian rocket attacks have split a major canal in the core Ukrainian municipality of Kryvyi Rih, the latest invasion from Moscow in a collection of shellings on strategic targets.
