Ukraine military campaign: EU tries to move to cut increasing power use for 5%

EU leader Ursula und die Leyen has titled for trims to power generation use across the ruling coalition and influx of cash tax bills on energy suppliers to handle inflated costs. 

She told the European Parliament that gas and 
power prices would have struck all-time high points after Russia's intrusion of Ukraine.
