Ukraine military conflict: Russians to pick up the tab € 45 more of it to introduce EU under rule changes

The European Union is suggesting to make it more expensive and trickier for Russian people to go and get greencards.

Russians looking to enter the EU will experience a lengthier registration process and just see expenses emerge from € 35 (£30; $34) to € 80 (£69; $79).
