US bars 'advanced tech' enterprises from constructing China industrial plants for three decades

US Silicon valley companies that receive public funding will just be disqualified from establishing "advanced technology" establishments in China for three decades, the Biden leadership said that. 

The rules enough that recently revealed as section of a $50bn (£43bn) scheme focuses on building up the native technology industry.
